The grinder enables you to prepare a fresh material in an amount you currently need. During the process, all important nutrients found in cereals and seeds stay fresh.

Freshly made oat flakes or other grinded seeds have much bigger nutritive value and taste than long processed stored materials made industrially. An undamaged seed consists of all nutritive substances and enzymes, e g. potassium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, silicon, vitamin A and E, vitamins B1 and B2. As soon as the seeds are grinded, all these substances start to disappear due to the process of oxidation. Moreover, a various kinds of moulds producing toxic substances might appear as well. This influences not only the quality, but also the taste of processed food. This might be recognizable the best in the seeds with bigger portion of fat and during long-term storing when the sweet taste changes into the bitter one. Also, the way of processing affects the quality of industrially made oat flakes when they are treated with a steam and hot-pressed. Due to this procedure, a lot of valuable substances disappear.
